Maven has recently announced its collaboration with Jim Cramer’s Cramer Digital to launch TheStreet-branded digital content.

This new channel for the latest StreetLightning.io. is a free financial resource offered by TheStreet, with Cramer & his investment team and other journalists to provide daily video clips to viewers, including quick-hit insights on current news, trends, and markets. Members of TheStreet/Action Alerts Plus can gain the benefits of inquiring about the lightning videos & other investment advice to Cramer and other Street editors.

To initiate the launch, Cramer will offer a real-time video conference call as well as a Q&A session for free on 14th May. It will be broadcast on StreetLightning.io, which is typically delivered only to paid subscribers of TheStreet, to assist investors in navigating the financial crisis due to COVID-19 pandemic.

According to James Heckman, CEO of Maven, Jim Cramer is a key financial voice in America, who engages with the decision makers directly on the economic policy. Street Lightning provides instant access to Cramer’s market-changing advice. Currently, as part of ‘Ask Cramer’, they also get the opportunity to directly engage with Cramer.

Street Lightning features single-subject, high-impact videos that run typically for around 90 seconds. 10 updates per day will be offered, with advice and insights on breaking news, economic policy, individual stocks, and industry sectors. Jim Cramer has stated that the partnership with Maven enables Cramer Digital to continuously support the audience expansion of TheStreet. He has also expressed excitement about Cramer Digital’s participation in Street Lightning.

TheStreet, which was founded nearly 20 years ago, was acquired by Maven in 2019. Since the company’s move to the shared monetization, digital publishing, and distribution platform, it has registered increased monthly visitors by 34%, with nearly double the new subscription on a monthly basis. It is an independent, premium publisher that was invited to join the efficient tech, advertising, subscription, and distribution platform of Maven, with around 100 million users per month.
