Well-known media investment company, GroupM India and social networking service provider, ShareChat would soon be entering into a strategic partnership with the aim of revolutionizing the modern marketing space.
This partnership, apparently, will focus on providing both effectiveness and efficiencies across the major tenets of digital marketing, reaching an uncharted Bharat audience, alongside expanding the boundaries of brands through short format videos.
Although the Indian market presents a host of good opportunities, the undercurrent of complexities layered within the subcontinent's diversity would pose a threat to expansion.
However, the agency is looking forward to dealing with these challenges by offering advantageous access to ShareChat platforms to support marketing solutions and allied communities.
Elaborating on this development, GroupM South Asia CEO, Prasanth Kumar revealed that the challenges faced by the company in a bid to encourage digital transformation have further fortified the belief that digitalization is a major cornerstone to driving change.
The CEO further claimed that the challenges played a key role in the overall learning process of the corporation as well as the introduction of newer consumer behaviors, which in turn allowed them to offer tailored marketing solutions to their clients.
Reportedly, the partnership’s main motive is to provide a deeper engagement with GroupM India’s clientele via ShareChat’s robust ecosystem to enable the incorporation of content with commerce, and to provide a clear overview of Bharat’s current consumption patterns and digital route. It will also focus on allowing advertisers and brands to experience the advantages of a self-serve platform.
It is worth mentioning that with ShareChat’s resources, the clients of GroupM India would be able to capitalize on the benefits of a growing network of influencers and creators. The collaboration will also open new opportunities for the brands to harness new media and technological capabilities thereby driving their profitability with performance marketing.
